“When an artwork is expected to end, the practical idea of creation to me becomes stifled in a way where results are expected and demanded. I have absolutely no interest in that personally. It can be argued that the art lives on through the viewers. But I feel there is so much to get out of creation, if you squeeze every single thought that the art can provide. If examined close enough, which I believe all art has a right to, it has the ability to become a never ending indulgent set of activities it so desperately wants to have access to. At least that’s what my work requires, and I’m glad I know that about it in the stage of my artistic career I am in presently. Things can change though.
